Health is like toilet paper – we appreciate its importance only when it’s missing.

The eaters of magic pills, cabbage soup capsules, and Chinese weight loss tea defied pancreatitis in December, getting filled with sausages, bacon and other pork products, generously accompanied with beer, wine, and vodka. Some of these brave people recklessly set the beginning of summer as the deadline for getting rid of their belly or their fat ass, and when they see that neither diet, nor sports work overnight, change their tactic to starving, Regenon, Reductil and Chinese wonder pills that are full of amphetamine.

The effects are spectacular and lasting: pulmonary hypertension (often the effect is even definitive – getting to be the coldest person in the church), cardiovascular and cerebrovascular accidents, psychoses, hallucinations, sleep disturbances and vertigo.

Burning the adipose tissue is a transformation of your body, and a too quick transformation means a shock and brings with it more troubles than benefits for your health.

Rest – is as important as the workout. We should give our body resting time and good sleep, in order to recover after the workout. Overtraining is counterproductive and often accompanied by injuries.

Alimentation – provides the necessary resources for physical effort. During the losing weight process, our organism must get a balanced alimentation, low on lipids, that sustains the physical activity but in the meantime, determines the body to burn its fat stock. If we starve, we won’t be able to sustain the physical activity, and if we surrender to the increased appetite generated by effort, the bacon will remain untouched.

As for nutritional supplements, we have to consider the sad fact that our environment and the food poisoned with preservatives, dyes and flavor enhancers flood us with toxins, so a good detoxifier is a must nowadays. It’s like Calgon for the washing machines. Considering the price-quality balance and its efficiency, the Zeolite powder rules.

Zeolite is a rock formed by the chemical reaction between volcanic ash and sea water and is actually a quite miraculous mineral because of how it works. Speaking about the holiday, beware the “All Inclusive” trap. To take the most out of this pack doesn’t mean to eat and drink like a pig. It’s easy to spoil all that you’ve achieved, but it will be a shame.
